The Center's purpose is to study and understand the profound transformations that digital technology generates in the different areas of daily and institutional life, through the production of rigorous knowledge, the training of leaders and professionals, the articulation with public and private organizations, and the promotion of good practices.
Its objective is to influence the development of policies, regulatory frameworks and institutional strategies that ensure sustainable, ethical and people-centered digital development .
